Last year, I found myself strung out while working to make deadlines and the extra hours for clients it takes to do that. All while waiting patiently for a reward. From one day to another my passion became my job. I needed to remind myself to just get in the water and feel the ocean in its purest form. Because that is truly what feeds my passions. The ocean forces me to wake up at first light where I can bask in the silence underwater that contrasts directly with the noise of each wave holding me down as the whitewater surrounds me. That’s exactly what keeps me running.
So this project, above, isn’t from a job I did. It’s a portrait of those little things that make it all worth it for me. And really, help me get completely away from the workaday world.
