Nothing against the dude, we’re sure he is a nice guy — and the selfie stick jab was somewhat in jest as that footage has potential to be fun to watch over beers — but did he really think that stopping RIGHT THERE under the lift where chairs cruise scarily close to the ground was a good idea? You’re right… obviously he didn’t think it was a good idea. No one would. He was simply lost in the clouds, enjoying the day. Then on to our next question: where is his spacial awareness? And why aren’t all of his emergency sensors going off?
Are we overreacting to what was probably just a case of not paying attention? Yes. Did Darwinism come in and do its thing? Absolutely.
The ribbing having run its course, the kid has a great sense of humor, that’s for damn sure. Not only putting his own idiocy up for everyone to see, but cutting the edit so that moment is forever remembered in repetition, with a slow-mo kicker to boot.
