The Inertia

Science of Stupid… it might well describe how most of us nonprofessionals strategize and execute on our individual “progression.” Instead, it it a new series on National Geographic headed by Rich Hammond, one of the Top Gear dudes who was fired from BBC only to be quickly and adeptly rehired by Amazon. In addition to launching a new, old show, he has been asked to provided researched reasonings for faceplants and the like.

Anyway, the first installment to this glorified blooper reel explained the “science” to skiing, specifically kickers/booters and rotational tricks, emphasizing the importance of both horizontal and vertical axis.

Science

Basically, it is a simple man’s scientific breakdown of every @jerryoftheday video they post to their feed. Yep, more of an opportunity for laughs at gaffs rather than a true understanding of how to huck threes yourself.

Still, probably good (and fun) to tune in to the new blooper reel series — with National Geographic at the helm, there has to be some sort of legitimacy attached to it. Right?
