It can be hard these days to maintain that rock hard body you had pre-pandemic. You had one, right? Yeah, us too. But with the Coronavirus locking us all inside our houses, where Netflix is always on and binge eating is all too easy and exercise consists of walking from the couch to the fridge, those chiseled abs and eye-popping glutes have suffered. You had those, right? Yeah, us too. Lucky for you, Alana Blanchard offered up her at-home HIIT workout.

HIIT, as you know, stands for “high-intensity interval training”, and consists of pushing yourself 100 percent for a short burst, then panting extremely hard for a few seconds before repeating the cycle. It sucks, but at least you get it over with quickly. And be honest: what else are you doing? Watching Netflix and walking from the couch to the fridge?
