Sammy the Explorer is a Wes Anderson-ish interpretation of the issue of clean water in the developing world and the philanthropic work that is being done to combat it. Hurley H2O, Jon Rose, Waves4Water, SurfAid Sumba, and several other organizations have teamed up to create a multifaceted institution aimed to deliver clean water to those without access. They do so by raising awareness, educating, and providing clean water filters on the front lines of countries like Haiti, Brazil and India.
