Baja is a wonderful place. Waves are everywhere. Long stretches of desert roads connect empty point breaks with emptier beach breaks. The fishing is incredible and everyone who travels there looking for waves seems to have a similar mindset. It’s not always about the waves—it more about the search for them.
Of course, searching for waves there is fraught with difficulties, many of which stem from the vehicle you’re driving. Baja rigs are not only functional for hammering through sand dunes, but they look amazing.
