In his effort to take nature’s best photos, Chris Burkard wandered into the most remote and raw places on the planet. While he was already well on his way to becoming a leading surf photographer, spending most of his time in tropical locations, Chris decided to go to places that were untouched by man. He knew a little sacrifice just might yield amazing results and photos, and through his work, much of the world has come to agree with him. “When we give something of ourselves we ultimately gain so much more,” as Burkard puts it.
If you aspire to be an adventure photographer yourself, are seeking a deeper connection with nature, or just want to hear a conversation with a great storyteller, this is well worth listening to.
