In November 2014, we at Pine & Tree decided to come out with a new product. Our main purpose behind it? To let the customer decide how they wanted to use it. So we handcrafted a plywood twin-tip bench, which happens to also be a skateboard. Imagine: your favorite chair where you like kicking your feet up at the end of the day has a double life. During the day, it’s a bench and it stays at your house, your office, or at your secret spot — wherever you want it to be. At night, though, it turns into a skateboard. By simply removing its legs, anyone can put tracks and wheels on, and go surfing the streets.

And thus we present the Alice S Bench in “Gloria,” our second film directed by photographer and filmmaker Maurizio Annese.
We are dark,
but we are also bright.
We have fun,
but we are all about the insight.
