Windsurfing is curiously underlooked by many in the surfing community. It’s an odd thing for people who love the ocean and the waves, because windsurfing is arguably the best way to surf all the time, whether there are waves or not. But people like Thomas Traversa, Boujmaa Builloul, and a few of their friends, have it figured out. Traversa, who is lucky enough to call France home, called up Builloul when he began tracking a pulsing Atlantic swell that was tracking perfectly for a few of his favorite spots, and to say they scored would be a grievous understatement.
