Don’t mind the Bieber haircut. Bal is probably just going through a phase. New York’s favorite son Balaram Stack enjoys the fruits of home in the above clip from Maine-based photog Joe Carter. Frigid, wonky, wintertime waves on the Northeast might be a little tough to get stoked about. But Bal makes this wedgey little left look mighty fun. Most of his airs in the short clip are boned-out to the max, likening his surfing to a more skate friendly style. Which, if you ask us, is pretty cool. Needless to say, the kid’s got hops.
