Back in the ’60s, surfing was just finding its feet. Hawaii was, of course, the place to be. Makaha was the mecca, and big wave surfers were becoming heroes. Way back in 1967, Tom and Jerry jumped in on the action, too. And Tom was one of the frothiest frothers you ever did see.
