Matt Warshaw is a surfing guru. He’s a well of surf knowledge, and the well is deep. If you’ve spent any time perusing his Encyclopedia of Surfing (and his new bride of Frankenstein, History of Surfing, of course, which you might’ve known as a book), then you’ve had the pleasure of getting lost in his stories for hours on end.
Possibly because this is the age of the internet and attention spans are short, Warshaw routinely puts together little video edits. Always entertaining, the most recent one is called Caught Inside: Revenge of Poseidon, and it’s an ode to one of surfing’s shittiest experiences.
