If you grew up in Japan, you know who Gachapin is. He’s the Japanese counterpart to Barney, but that doesn’t make this any weirder. Gachapin (no relation to Gard Chapin, who was Miki Dora’s step-father and not a green dinosaur) has been on a kid’s show called Hirake! for a lot of years.
And now he’s towing in. At least he’s wearing goggles, or something.
