The Inertia

Praia do Norte is recognized as a difficult place to drive a jet ski and it can be a dangerous challenge for even the best sometimes. The wave maintains a lot of energy until it reaches the sand, often leaving no space for drivers to maneuver when they have to swoop in and grab a surfer. On top of this, there are waves coming from various directions and strong currents, all complicating the job even on “calm” days.

It seems that guys like Marcelo Luna and Alessandro Marcianó can have fun under any circumstance though. Watch them casually navigate the shorebreak, smoothly roll the ski straight onto the sand, and find dry land with zero bumps and bruises. Hug it out and let’s go again.
