Every year, Huntington Beach gets inundated with a bunch of drunk people that want to tip over porta-potties and punch each other in the street. It would suck if you lived there, because Huntington is a really nice place. And yes, the U.S. does have its high points. And yes, they’re cracking down on all the drunken debauchery that pretty much made the U.S. Open what it is. But a watching bunch of dogs surfing in a contest is just so much better than lighting a car on fire and puking in someone’s hair.
This is the sixth annual Unleashed by Petco dog surfing contest. And you know what? They look like they’re actually having fun.
