I have always wanted to go to Tahiti. Being that it’s so close to home and hearing all the stories of how beautiful it is, I had to go… so I did! Yay! As soon as I stepped off the plane, I felt something really special there. It is so much like Kauai — the wind, the smells, the sounds, and just the feel. I felt the same chill and excitement as when I get home.
Recently, I started working with Mike Pagan, a talented cinematographer from Los Angeles. When we saw the forecast for fun waves and sunny skies, we jumped on the next flight. Mike does an incredible job of capturing feel and emotion, so it made sense to bring him on a trip somewhere so special to me.
Tahiti has such a beautiful grace about it and after a week there, this is what we got. I hope you enjoy.
