This winter season I dedicated myself to traveling up and down the California coast. My goal was to capture the best swells the North Pacific had to offer. It became apparent to me quite early that this was going to be a special season, one with endless waves and great conditions. As the season progressed, so did the waves. And with the waves, the dry, sunburned hills began to turn green, eventually exploding into a sea of color as wild flowers bloomed. This movie is dedicated to El Niño and all the fruits of life it blessed upon us.
