Every year in La Saladita, Mexico, there is an event called the Mexi Log Fest. You may have heard of it? You may, in fact, have heard about it through this website. But it’s much more than you think. It’s far more than just a longboarding contest. As the folks over at Howler Bros, the makers of the video you’re about to watch say, it’s “a magical blend of waves, tacos, tequila and friends new and old. The event bills itself as a “Classic Longboard and Lifestyle Festival” but we find that it is so much more than that. This year, Evan Adamson followed Nate Floyd and Tegan Gainan around with a camera and documented just how magical the Mexi Log Fest really is.
