The Inertia

When it’s big, Ocean Beach is infamously hard to surf. It’s been big lately, which can be humbling, to say the least. They say, in fact, that if you can surf an entire season at Ocean Beach, you can surf anywhere on the planet. Huge tide swings, no channels, plenty of rips, and big, heavy waves create a place that only lets those who are committed out. The Album surf crew, who don’t surf plain ol’ thrusters too often, took a few stretched-out twin-fins out on a relatively big day and made it look like it wasn’t the hardest place on earth to surf.
