Early on the morning of May 25 in Australia, an east swell began to fill in at one of the world’s best point breaks. Kirra began to show signs of just how perfect it can get, and by 8:00 a.m. — much earlier than anyone expected — it was absolutely pumping.
Since Kirra is on the Gold Coast, basically everyone was aware of what might happen, but according to reports, many of them were caught off guard by the early showing.
