Sage Erickson has had her ups and downs just like any other competitive surfer, but she is making one hell of a comeback. Her big win last summer at the Paul Mitchell Supergirl Pro helped her requalify for the tour, pushing her back to the elite level where she belongs. Sage’s requalification wasn’t the only thing to get excited about last year. This Ventura native was also honored as the only surfer to be included in Maxim’s Hot 100 (#87). With the inaugural 2015 World Tour season set to start at the end of February on the Gold Coast of Australia, we will see if Sage can keep the same momentum she experienced in 2014.
