Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1/2 avocado
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
2-4 dates for desired sweetness
3 tbsp of raw cacao
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 ice cubes
pinch of sea salt
Directions
-Add all dry ingredients to blender. Add coconut milk. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
-Serve in your favorite smoothie cup or jar. Add one pinch of sea salt on top for taste.
