The above film is a short look at what happened to ex World Tour surfer Ricky Basnett, his fall from grace into alcoholism, and how he has pulled himself out of the darkness. He’s been living each day in the present like with the recent trip we did to a remote part of Africa. It was a project of passion – there was no budget – just a group of like-minded people collaborating in something they believed in. We hope the film will inspire other people to choose life over addiction.
