During the summer months, there’s a certain wave in North Orange County that gets a ton of play. Here’s a hint, she’s big and girthy and her name rhymes with “the hedge.” Looky-loos and news cameras typically descend on the place in droves any time a south swell steamrolls toward Newport Beach.
