The Inertia

People tend to lean toward their favorite exercises when working out. However, over time, the body will get use to those exercises, and their benefits plateau. Eventually, you have to switch it up in order to spark your muscles and continue to get results. This workout is an all over body blast that should definitely get your heart pumping. I love to do this workout when I’m on the road traveling, especially when I don’t have much room to jump around. You can perform this anywhere at anytime. All you need is 8 minutes plus some warm-up / cool down time.

10 reps each / repeat these exercises for 8 minutes total

– burpees

– jump squats

– mountain climbers

– push ups

– lunges
