Zoe McDougall is a hilarious 15-year-old surfer from the North Shore of Oahu, who just so happens to be a total ripper. I was fortunate enough to have Zoe show me around her stomping grounds this past weekend. And while the waves were by no means pumping, we still found some fun surf and the weather was absolutely perfect. Plus, the clip paints a pretty clear picture of how incredible this island truly is. With the North Shore already beginning to light up, you’ll surely be seeing what Zoe can do in some serious surf this winter.
