Kids these days, right? All about garish colors and the newest tech. Flashing their iPhones around while begging mum and dad for the newest, hottest stick. Air reverses come before a solid down carve, and a 15 second Instagram clip is considered way too long.
Not Jules, though. As RVCA’s newest advocate, he’s not your average 15-year-old. Jules is from La Côte des Basques in Biarritz, France, a place where style is a way of life, in and out of the water. He’s not spending his days chasing points, bashing lips, or boosting airs–although he’s got the skill set to do that if he wanted–instead, he’s surfing single fins, alaias, classics logs, and just about anything with that retro feel. Next year, he’s heading to the MexiLog fest, which ain’t no small invite, especially for a teenager.
