Portugal is easily considered a paradise for surfers. Amazing waves litter the coastline while cannons point out towards them from fortresses built into the cliffs. Mason Ho recently drove to Peniche to surf the famous Supertubos for a few fun waves. Then he threw caution to the wind to surf one of the most dangerous waves in the country: The Cave. It’s a spooky wave, made even spookier by the fact that Mason was all by his lonesome. It was his first time surfing there, and since he’s Mason Ho, he figured it out pretty dang quickly.
