El Niño, global warming, whatever you want to call it, the Pacific Ocean has been delivering. And just in time for arguably the most anticipated contest of the year. With the recent activity stirring in the south, peculiar weather followed, as the hot, muggy air and ominous clouds gave warning to a few imminent showers.
But even though most enjoy a nice tropical shower, everyone’s eyes were glued to the waves, which were nothing short of a miracle. It has, and continues to be, some of the best few days Lowers has seen in a long time. Here are a few images taken around the 2015 Hurley Pro at Trestles.
