“Àpat, Secreto-Caliu” is a short piece edited with footage shot during one relatively cold and small day on the Mediterranean coast of Barcelona. Paired with a delicious meal, Norman Perdigó, one of the old school Catalan stylers, proves that even the most simple things in life can be great. A good slice of toast with tomato, olive oil and salt can become a real delicacy just as a few hours in the water on a relatively small day can become an exquisite meal for those who simply seek the pleasure of sliding on waves with no other motives than to enjoy what our Mediterranean Sea has to offer. Norman Perdigó does simply that.
