This past summer I became obsessed with capturing images of waves and the beaches of Long Island. Many people may not think of Long Island as a huge surf scene, but I can guarantee you that there are waves that come around every so often. I used my GoPro Hero3 Silver Edition and Canon DSLR to capture a fair amount of shore break on the beaches of New York. I was lucky enough to capture various images inside barrels, images that really caught my eye, showing the beauty of the waves and nature.
