Lachie Rombouts might not be a name you’re familiar with. It probably should be, though, especially if you’re a fan of watching someone fully commit to a wave. Rombouts, an Australian who thoroughly enjoys surfing waves most people would turn and run from, is the epitome of the word commitment. Nearly every drop you see in the short film, above, is a vertical, knifing drop on a wave that is not for the faint of heart.
