Originally from Colorado, I moved to San Diego in 2006. Not knowing what I was getting myself into, I was immediately enamored with the sights, sounds and smells that Southern California provided. I was drawn to the beach and realized I had found the one piece of the puzzle that was missing in my life. I feel more alive and at home floating in the pounding surf than I ever did before. Being able to capture the moment and share it is what truly makes me happy. Over the past seven years something has changed inside of me, something that I will never again be able to live without, the ocean. Photography has opened the door to so many new and amazing opportunities that I would have never had otherwise. I am truly blessed to live the life I do and think that my photography shows it.
