Giant Cloudbreak is on pretty much every surfer’s bucket list. Sure, not every surfer could handle giant Cloudbreak, but there’s something about that wave that, even when it is giant, looks… playful. It’s easy to look at and think, “man, I could do that.” And maybe you could. One person who definitely can, though, is Koa Rothman.
On a recent trip to Fiji, Koa scored it at somewhere around 15-20 feet. That’s big, by any measure of a wave, but when Cloudbreak hits that level, it is, as Koa calls it, pretty psycho.
