If you’re a person who watches surf-specific vlogs, you’re likely aware that Koa Rothman is one of the fittest of the vloggers. For a guy who eats a lot of donuts, he sure manages to keep looking like he doesn’t eat a lot of donuts. Granted, he gets a lot of exercise—surfing all day every day is a good way to keep the pounds off — but he’s also a big fan of working out. And since everyone is (hopefully) spending an annoying amount of time inside their houses, Koa decided to share one of his bodyweight exercises that will, according to him, “improve your surfing and keep you in shape.”
