After a three year hiatus from competition, the über stylish Miss Kelia Moniz, aka “Sister,” heard that the World Surf League was revamping its Longboard Tour and wanted a piece. So the two-time world champ descended on Noosa, the first of a now four-stop tour, a little early to test her equipment and enjoy the fruits of a fleeting swell.
There’s no shortage of style in this short clip, but if you dig a little deeper there’s also a fierce competitor putting in the work for success.
