You know what makes us sad? That Joel Parkinson retired from competition. Sure, we’ll still see him out and about in lineups and sure, we’ll still likely see him in far-flung locales scoring perfect waves as a free agent—but he won’t be part of a title race ever again.
And since we’ve seen him more often than not surfing in contests, it’s a bit of a rarity to see him on a twin fin like the one above. It’s JS Industries’ Black Baron twin, and Parko makes it look smooth as silk.
