Summer weekends at San Onofre are unbeatable. Warm water, sunshine, and slow peeling waves perfect for a log are just a few of the simple pleasures on tap at SanO from June to about October. And while fall is fast approaching in the southern hemisphere, in Southern California, at least, if you didn’t have a calendar you might guess that summer was still in full swing. The only tell is most of the groms are back in school, so lineups are a tad lighter.
