Both John John and Nathan Florence have said that Ivan is the most stylish brother. Ivan, however, doesn’t say that. He doesn’t say much at all, in fact, at least not in the public eye. He lets his surfing do the talking, and his surfing has a voice that can be heard at the back of the room. And recently at the HIC Pipe Pro, his surfing was yelling from the mountain tops.
It was in the final against his brother (who just so happens to have two world championships under his belt) that his surfing really found its loudest possible voice. So loud, in fact, that the judges awarded Ivan a perfect ten. Which, we’re guessing, probably felt nearly as good as a win.
