Italo Ferreira isn’t a world champion for nothing. He’s a world champion because he is, on his day, the best surfer in the world. From Nazaré to Uluwatu and everywhere else, Ferreira makes surfing look easy. He routinely does things that no one else can do, and recently, at the Hurley Pro Sunset Beach, he made a drop that defies all logic. To us, anyway. To Italo? Probably just another day at the beach.
