Like at any bombing beachbreak, there are days at Hossegor when as good as it looks, us mere mortals shouldn’t even think of paddling out. Tuesday, February 8 was one of those days.
“The eighth of February, we had the gnarliest conditions for those who like to take risks, one of the most intense sessions these past few years,” says filmer David Berthet of Ripitup.fr “These waves in the north of Hossegor looked perfect, but on this day with the strong currents and lots of moving water it was difficult even for the Jet Ski’s. We salute the surfers for their performance – they are true warriors!”
