France is lovely in the summer months. The weather is fine and the waves, well, the waves don’t usually show up until autumn. But this week certainly went against norms. A surprise swell lit up the Atlantic and gave Hossegor a run of barrels that are certainly an anomaly for this time of year. “We usually don’t see these type of conditions in summer,” reads the description on the RIPITUP YouTube page. “Jeremy Flores and a few mates made the most of it, scoring some nice barrels!”
