There’s a reason you’ve Honolua Bay is so famous: because it’s basically perfect. It is, to use the most clichéd bit in surfing, the wave you drew in your notebooks. A few days ago, on January 25th, it lit up in the way that only Honolua can. A bunch of locals, including Kevin Sullivan, Ian Gentil, Ocean Macedo, Coconut Willy, Wes Larsen, Mark Andersen, Paige Alms, and many more, showed up and put on a serious clinic.
