The Inertia

Hurricane Hermine was nearly a perfect storm for East Coast surfers. Unlike Sandy, Hermine stayed far enough away from the coast to avoid any major damage, but still produced a few days of good waves.  It was good surf all weekend and then Monday just went off. It was nuts. The smallest waves were 4ft with tons of sets going 8+. Best possible result for the weather – tons of great waves, sunny for the most part, and no flooding from the hurricane on shore.
