The Inertia

The East Coast had a helluva March, that’s for sure. If you’re a fan of excessive levels of snowfall then you were exceptionally pumped.

It started off with Winter Storm Riley the first few days of the month, which hammered the Mid-Atlantic, apparently rivaling some of Hurricane Sandy’s storm surges years ago. Two weeks later and two major storms later, Winter Storm Skylar was puking on the East Coast too. Much of New England was covered in more snow but as it turns out, down on little old Hatteras Island just off the coast of North Carolina, it was absolutely pumping. Forget the cold. Forget how miserable it must have been. Forget dreading the fight against those currents. Just look at all those barrels!
