This is Josh Kerr at my home break in Baja Norte. I remember him sending me a text to see if I wanted to shoot with him. So I met up with him next morning and we scored really awesome barrels. It was awesome working with such and epic surfer and humble person. Photo By: Damian Davila

My friend Mark McNaught has been a charger since the 70s! He is a pioneer in coming down to Baja and especially to my town. So this was like piece of cake for him, and I was lucky enough to be there to capture the moment of him right about to get into a huge barrel. Photo By: Damian Davila

$This is my good friend (and DK legend) Manny Vargas. He was a charger in the 90\'s and he\'s still charging! He goes on the biggest barrels and arms spread all the time just making my job easier to take a nice photo. Editor’s Note: A These shots were taken by Damian Davila from Baja, Mexico. Damian’s captions for each photo really make you feel the shot and understand Damian’s passion for what he does. It’s a really nice touch to bring to a photo gallery like this.

I don’t shoot that much from land. I’d rather be in the action, swimming and getting a much different perspective than I would from land. I shoot most of the time water with an Aquatech housing and Canon 5D mark III. I hope you enjoy!
