Foils are everywhere these days. At first, they were on the bottom of chairs getting dragged around behind a boat in the ’90s. Then they were strapped to Laird’s feet on giant waves. Then they started showing up in rivers and lakes and basically anywhere with water. Kevin Langeree decided that the canals of Amsterdam needed to be foiled, and foil them he did.
