Outer Reef, Popoyo never ceases to amaze me. I’ve watched it for over 15 years, and I’ve seen experienced surfers suffer extreme beat downs on one of the gnarliest, boil-infested reefs in the world. Over the past several years, there have been two individuals who totally dominate Outer Reef: Manny Remanso and Lance Moss. These guys have paid their dues and they surf it with the most cool, calculated style ever. They make it look way, way too easy. Manny paddled in while Lance towed in. I set up my camera and let my friend shoot while I surfed the inside reef. This is the result.
