The Inertia

As the calendar turned to June, the Atlantic sent a giant fetch of ENE wind pointed directly at the East Coast. As fickle as it can be perfect, we were beyond stoked to check this isolated break from a distance and see solid overhead barrels reeling off the pier’s adjacent sandbars.

The consistent swell defeated all of the variables to provide moments of perfection from sunup to sundown. To describe this session as “special” would be a drastic understatement.

Just a few friends trading barrels and stoke for hours and hours into the afternoon – that’s what it’s all about.
