Mason Ho is back at full power. Just a month ago, he was nursing an ankle injury in California, and now he’s well into an Indonesian excursion that’s been producing quite a few choice edits – always with Ho’s trademark, laterally thinking song selections.
Well, here’s another one, this time from Padang Padang, Bali. While Mason’s surfing is exciting as ever, that’s the least surprising part of the video. The interesting variable here is his board: a 5’3” …Lost Mayhem x Mark Richards CA Twin Pin. It’s a bit of an outlier among his usual shortboards and the occasional fish, but you wouldn’t know to see him surf it.
